I supposed if you're going to a summer camp it should be in a beautiful setting. Camp Togowoods doesn't disappoint! My daughter and her BFF had what they called a "super awesome fun time" at the camp this past summer. This summer they volunteered for kitchen duty. Experience basic skateboarding instruction with an emphasis on balance, pushing the board, kick turns, maneuvering, and manual. Campers will progress as they accomplish skills. A liability form must be signed by a parent before participation. Participant-to-coach ratio is approximately 12:1. All campers will receive a t-shirt and a merit award! Class meet: January 21, 28, February 4, 11, 25, March 3, 10, 17 No class February 18th Ready to learn the basics of making a film? This 7 week class will take students through the entire film making process, including screenwriting, story-boarding (pre-production planning), camera and sound work, and final editing (post-production). Students will work together as a production team to create a short film together. Students will also take home a DVD of the final product to view at home! All equipment provided.
