Too Much Fun For One Summer
I was worried about what to do with the kids this summer because of my new job. Thanks to Camp Radians I didn't have to worry. They had so much fun every week. Between the swimming (which they can't get enough of) and the museum field trips I feel like they had extended recess. I also like the focus on culture through crafts and food. Thanksgiving Teen Event - New York, NY
Wahoo for the Thanksgiving Teen Event. I love this event! We'll do some outreach on Wednesday (probably giving out hot chocolate or tea at the balloon inflation) and then partner with Gobble Gobble Give to rock out Thanskgiving Morning serving--and then head home to do Thanksgiving with our own families. If you're coming from further away and want to do Thanksgiving here-that's also totally cool. Get excited and save the date!
Jump Around (replaced Kid's Ahoy) – 8/11 9:30 – 12:00 Lunch at Camp -
Field trips are available for Busy Bees, Dragonflies, Penguins & Potty Trained Pandas. All children must wear their Halsey Shirt on all field trips. If your child is under 3 years old he/she may attend the trip if you or your spouse or other loved one join us. Parents are always welcome to attend and space is limited. Kid's Camp! Picasso Week! - Sherman, TX
Campers, ages 7-13, will explore the artist Vincent Van Gogh all week through paintings and other related activities. They will paint a 16x20 painting each day M-Th, and work on a 24-36 self portrait through the week. The week will end with an art show Friday evening from 5-6pm. Camp: Monday- Friday, 1pm-4pm Art show: Friday 5-6pm
Holiday Break Teen Knitting Camp - Minneapolis, MN
In this 3 day knitting camp students will have the opportunity to work on either a basic scarf or a pair of mittens. For those who are new to knitting or want to fine tune their knitting a purling the scarf is an ideal choice. For those who are confident with knitting and purling the mittens are a great way to explore double pointed needles as well as some shaping. This class is for students age 12-18. --- This class meets December 28, 29, and 30, 2015 from 1-3pm. Register online or call 612-925-2454.

This camp is for students who have some exposure to debate or speech activities, a strong interest in debating domestic and foreign affairs, or attended Intro to Debate camps. Advanced Debate Camp reviews the fundamentals of competitive academic debate while deepening your understanding of argument theory, critical thinking, research and speech skills. The topic for the 2016–17 national high school season topic (announced in the spring) will be a central point of discussion. 952-988-3463

Kick off the summer by celebrating colorful Colorado. Join us as we learn why aspens grow in groves, find signs of mountain pine beetle, and study the natural world around us. Come explore our beautiful state by train, by foot, and through the eyes of a miner. Get excited to find out what makes Colorado radical!
