Combo Camp- This year you can choose between centrifuge or missionfuge. There will be sign up sheets soon. Talk to your parents and think about which program you want to participate in. June 27th-July 2nd. $320 per student. $50 non-refundable deposit due January 20th.
Photography Kids - Teen Day Camp - Bandy, VA
Photography kids - teen day camp. age 7 and up May 7 2016.The cost is $60.00 they get a cute bag and tee shirt, and lunch that day. They need a camera any kind it dont matter just as long as it takes photos. they get a small photo session that day also. We will be hiking and taking photos enjoying the day. The minni session you will receave up to 5 differnt poses with a cd to print them from and copyright. ( take a week to get the cd back) The Cost is $60.00 cash based or credit card with pay pal. Money has to be paid by April 16th 2016 if it rains we will rescheduel and if you cant make the rescheduel date we can do a photo session with the child that is signed up at a lator day. if you can not come for some reason their is no refunds you will receave the tee shirt and bag. you are responable for dropping kids off and pick up is no later than 2pm. Each week students will be given a readers theater script to memorize and act out in their group. Then the group will create simple costumes and props to go with the readers theater play. They will perform their skit at the end of each week, creating four readers theater skits during the summer school session. The activities are age appropriate and developed by experts in childrens physical education. KidSport is staffed by certified teachers as well as physical education and education majors focused on providing a first-rate experience for your kids! Join Summit Schools staff and our community partners for a day on of fun, interactive activities at Learning Extensions Camp, also known as In-Service Day Camp. -Theme: Spring Break Science. Well explore, create, experiment, discover, and engineer all in the name of science! -Experiment with soil science and composting methods as the C.R. Solid Waste Agency teaches us about landfill engineering. -With the Cedar Rapids Water Department, well test water quality, PH levels, and more as we learn about the science of water. -Summits own art teacher, Miss Carol, will have us discovering the science of art through messy and fun art experiments. -Alpaca Fiber Arts will teach us all about alpacas and llamas as we create felted take-home soap and/or coasters. Registration is open through Thursday morning, March 24. Sibling & referral discounts available! This exciting event is open to ALL STUDENTS K-5th Grades!
