Jr. Scientist 7/18 - Open Door Church
Every mature scientist started out as a Jr. Scientist. This camp was developed with fun and excitement for the developing mind of the 6-8 year old. Amazing activities such as Wurmz and Dirt, Super Bouncing Balls, Driving Submarines, Wacky Window Paint and more foster hands-on, minds-on learning experiences for these big scientist want-to-bes. Culinary Camp 7/18 - 7/22 - Rockridge BART - (base of the escalators)
This is our Culinary Camp week. This week we will be moving around the Bay Area taking daily field trips to learn how to cook. Each day we will head to a different kitchen around the Bay Area and learn from a different about daily cooking themes. As always we will experience this while using public transportation to navigate our way. ***Note****: Due to the locations and the variety of different chefs we are working with on this camp week, we must advise that there will be dishes with nuts, gluten, and other possible food allergies. At this time we advise all children with food allergies that this is not the best choice for you. One Week Demigod Institute - CAMP DEMIGOD INSTITUTE
Students will experience our unique program centered on innovation, mentorship, leadership and community-building. This program involves an application process which is begun with your students registration. Not all applicants are accepted. applicants who are not selected will be invited to participate as campers (early bird rates) Our highly acclaimed Demigod Institute program fosters innovation in students who are preparing for university in a variety of fields. As part of a close-knit team, the program is truly a hands-on training program, as the participants co-plan programs, lead quests, create collaborative innovative projects, assist in teaching activities, and share responsibility for the camp operations. Please register using a computer. Please do not use a tablet or smart phone when you register because the program will not work properly. The registration process takes about an hour and asks you to answer about 50 questions. The program does not allow you to save your work, so it is best to answer the questions in one sitting, electronically sign all the waivers and pay your deposit so you are fully registered. Circus Camp - Mountain View Sports Pavilion
Back by popular demand - Circus Camp! Learn Circus Skills such as Trapeze, juggling, globe, diabolo, rolla bolla, and tumbling! All students will participate in a circus show for parents on the last day of camp. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- For half-day camp, bring a snack each day. For campers age 4-6. Sharks are either born from eggs or their mom has them. But however theyre born, theyre on their own as soon as theyre out in the water. That means theyve got teeth and fins and they can swim and they have to catch food. Baby Shark, go get ‘em! What does a little shark eat? Where do they find food? How big are they? Lets see.
