Summer Camp Reunion Weekend - Paige, TX
We just love seeing our campers and their families return to the village in February and March to enjoy Sherwood Forest Faire, and obviously a great part of that is when campers encounter each other! This year, for the first time, we would like to have an official "Reunion" for our Youth Campers and Adult Campers alike to help facilitate that. Both events (which will be separate, because we don't want the Adult Campers teaching the younger ones bad habits) will take place during weekend #2, Feb 20-21. Mark your calendar! Be A Civil War Soldier: KID’S CAMP - Mansfield, LA
Have you ever wanted to be a Civil War soldier? Are you between 9-12 years old? On Saturday 24th, in connection with National Public Lands Day, Mansfield State Historic Site is hosting an “immersive” event that will allow you to experience what many of the soldiers of the American Civil War did. Be enlisted, set up your camp, drill, enjoy a period type lunch, and more! There are 15 slots available for this program and pre-registration is required. Registration is $25 (paid on day of program) for each child, which includes the meal. The last day for Pre-Registration is September 17th. Work with composer, instrument builder, and educator, Troy Rogers to create a light-controlled synthesizer. Can be taken individually, or in conjunction with the Musical Robots workshop. All materials provided by instructor: each student leaves with a functioning light-controlled synthesizer they built during the workshop. Students will also have the opportunity to particcipate in a performance that evening at 7 pm, open to the public, at MacRostie Art Center! Ages 13 – 17. 218-326-2697

Located in the beautiful mountains of West Virginia, Camp Horseshoe is an ACA accredited residential camp. Campers are supervised at all times by trained staff. The 6 day camp provides many opportunities for your child. Living in cabins as a family unit, some of the activities available are: fishing, arts & crafts, library time, fossil hunting, creek adventure, sports, dance, games, singing, and swimming.
