The camp curriculum engages students in mathematical and scientific explorations. Students are exposed to math and science topics through activities and discoveries. Topics will include: math art, money, shapes, fossils, rockets, submarines, biology, chemistry, and more. Our lives are filled with great stories. Make believe is fun, but nothing is more powerful or fascinating than real life. Or at least, it can be, if you know where to look and how to write with attitude, flair, and honesty. Through four types of nonfiction storytelling—the interview, the review, the essay, and the memoir—this class will explore each writers unique voice and perspective on our world. What is funny, surreal, and important to you? What gets your goat? What cant you believe? KidSport Combo Ages 7-13 8/1-8/5 Soccer/Baseball - Scarlett Middle School
[] Grades 7 - 13 Full Day Combo (Ages 7-13) Children must bring morning and afternoon snack, lunch, water bottle, sunscreen, swimsuit, towel, goggles and wear tennis shoes. Campers bring snacks, lunch and beverage. Lunchtime supervision provided. Director: Kerry Winkelseth, UM School of Kinesiology. Full Day, Monday-Friday. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Curbside Pick-up and Drop-off. Staff will pick up campers from your car at 8:00 AM and deliver back to your car at 4:00 PM. KidSport offers children the opportunity to learn and refine non-competitive sport-specific, team building and social skills. The activities are age appropriate and developed by experts in childrens physical education. KidSport is staffed by certified teachers as well as physical education and education majors focused on providing a first-rate experience for your kids! EVOLVE HOCKEY - Pee Wee, Bantam & Midget - Village Sports, Inc.
EVOLVE HOCKEY ELITE MINI CAMP Elite Mini-Camp will include three mornings of high intensity hockey for those hockey players that are dedicated and can handle the fast pace of professional hockey training! Each day players will engage in 2.5 hours of on ice intense hockey sessions! Players will also work on their speed, strength and agility at The Forum.
