Students construct their own reality! The Geometers Sketchpad computer software provides opportunity to explore the world of Geometry through dynamic constructions. Children literally build their own mathematical system using simple tools… right on the computer. It takes the compass and straightedge, used years ago, to a whole new level! No previous math experience required—if your child can use a mouse, then he/she can use Geometers Sketchpad. By the end of the week, students will know how to make their own custom tools, create cool animations, and boost their math skills as well! Kids Night Out - Great Pumpkin - York, SC
It's the Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown! Join us as the weather cools a bit for all the fall festivities, celebrating the 50th Anniversary of the Great Pumpkin. Cost is $15 a child (multi-child discounts available), which includes the cost of dinner. Come join us for a night including Gaga Ball, Hayride, and a Bible Study! Open to campers K5-6th Grade. Youth Ski Trip - Freedom, NH
Youth Ski Trip: for our 7th-12th grade students from Friday February 10th to Sunday February 12th we will be at Camp Calumet in West Ossipee, New Hampshire for a wonderful and blessed weekend of skiing and being in fellowship with one another. Make sure to sign up and get your forms located on the Sunday School Bulletin Board (they will be posted in January 2017). Make sure to come to the Parent & Youth meeting on February 5th before church at 8:30am to go over payments, fill out paperwork and go over the schedule for the Youth Ski Trip. Cost is $130.00 per person this year and if you are in need of rentals or lessons, it will be an additional $20.00 each (they are really $30.00 each, but Northside picks up the other $10.00 per lesson or/and rental for each person). Please make sure to attend our Brunch Fundraiser on February 5th after church to raise funds for travel and for our chaperones. If you are unable to go to the Fundraiser, you will need to pay an additional $25.00.

Summer Youth Baseball Development Camp @ RVYBL - Kankakee, IL
Is your child looking to improve his or her baseball skills or looking for something fun & productive to do during summer break? Then enroll them in our 2-day baseball camp. Our 2-day camp will focus on improve each player's hitting & fielding skills as well as instruct them on proper base running technique and understanding situational plays (from turning a double play to backing up positions properly and more). Grades 1-6 Whether your camper has played for a few seasons or is just starting out, this camp is the one to choose! Each day campers work on basic to advanced baseball skills and play a game, too! Participants learn in a safe, structured environment, have fun and gain confidence playing baseball. Daily hitting, fielding, pitching and outfield stations are featured as well as daily trivia contests and prizes for everyone! Campers receive a written evaluation on their skills.
