Youth Winter Weightlifting Camp - Waunakee, WI
We are pleased to announce an upcoming Youth Weightlifting Camp, hosted by two USAW Certified Coach’s. This is a great opportunity for local kids during their winter break, plus it is for all levels. The online sign up, for this 2 day clinic, is attached below. We will also have t-shirts, tank tops, or a hat for each registered attendee. Strength training for kids should consist of skills, coordination, stability, movement, agility, kinesthetic awareness, flexibility and balance. This should include big muscle groups that utilize body weight movements and free weights with light, manageable loads. Things like Olympic weightlifting, gymnastics and plyometric movements. If these exercises and movement patterns are taught at a young age, the athlete will have a greater advantage in technique as they progress in age and strength. Our Youth Weightlifting Camp is December 28-29th from 9am til 11am both days, for ages 7-17, and again for all levels.

2016 Youth Winter Camp & New Years - Evansville, IN
Dear friends in Christ! The Living Spring camp would like to cordially invite you to the 2016 Youth Winter Bible Camp at The Ark Christian Ministries in Converse, Indiana December 27-31, 2016! We truly look forward to this event as another opportunity for us all to share our time together at this beautiful place where you can catch up with one another, have sports, games and fun, and most importantly, have an invaluable opportunity to go deep in the Word of God and give praise to our Lord Jesus Christ! Topic: "Where is Your Faith?" (Luke 8:25). Cost: $170 for the entire duration of the camp per person. We encourage everyone to come earlier rather than later to be able to appreciate the time we have together. I.G.N.I.T.E Youth Camp Retreat - Trevor, WI
Our goal is to refresh your children spiritually as well as socially before returning back to school. This will be a great opportunity for all of us to get connected and stay connected for years to come. Promised Land Ministries is a Christian based organization that holds retreats for an array of different ministries including youth. We have joined together with them to create an eventful, fun-filled experience for August. Our days will be packed with loads of fun outdoor activities, balanced out with daily devotions and small group breakout sessions. We will be camping in tents so please be aware. This retreat is for members only between the ages of 12-18. The cost will be $90.00 per individual covering everything including; food, shelter, transportation, activities, etc. We will be having multiple fundraisers prior in the hopes that every child will be paid for in full. Chess Academy during camp week #3: June 27 - July 1 - Germantown Friends School
National-championship coach Ross Colby will be offering two weeks of intensive chess instruction at Germantown Friends School. Ross has either played on or coached teams that have won national championships in Arizona, North Carolina, & Pennsylvania! Players at this years camp will participate in intensive strategy sessions, tournament games, daily award ceremonies, simultaneous exhibitions, and a speed tournament. At the end of the five-day camp, participants will enjoy a pizza fest and final awards ceremony. Bus transportation is available to and from Center City for $100 provided 17 campers sign-up on or before June 1 for transportation during the week of June 27 - July 1. 215-951-2384
