CrossFit Apogee Teen Power Camp starts 6 October - Apollo Beach, FL
It's here. The CrossFit Apogee Teen Power Camp provides a fundamental fitness foundation for any high school student, scaled to anyone from first timers to high school athletes looking for structured off-season training or additional in-season work. The Teen Power Program will introduce athletes to bodyweight exercises, gymnastics, powerlifting and basic olympic weightlifting, all while under the supervision of a certified CrossFit instructor. Our program is designed to increase stamina, strength, power, endurance, coordination, balance, accuracy and flexibility in any person, all while in a team environment filled with positive people. Cost is $119 per month for children of Apogee members and $149 for children of non-Apogee members Class runs 330-430pm every Tuesday and Thursday. Interested? WEEK 8: Ages 4-8: MARINE BIOLOGY AND OCEANOGRAPHY - SciTech Kids
Marine biology is the study of marine organisms in the ocean. Kids will learn what lurks in various bodies of water. First, they will use a probe to study the water in Central Park and collect water sample to identify species in their habitat. Students will visit a marine habitat to enjoy the oceans beauty. They will also build and deploy a ROV (remotely operated vehicle) to study deeper water in New York City to see how exploration is done. In addition, kids will learn about climate change and its impact on the environment. Lunch and snacks are included. 212-804-7055

Come along as we help Annie and Jack, two normal kids from Frog Creek, Pennsylvania (much like you), to free Morgan le Fay from a spell, solve ancient riddles and save four old stories from being lost for good.
