This camp focuses on Christian faith and horses; two of my Daughter's favorite things
I was excited to find this camp for my 12 year old daughter. She is naturally a quiet child, but she loves horses. This camp helped her stretch outside her comfort zone as she socialized with other children who also shared her love of horses. She couldn’t stop telling us how she explored the prairie on horseback. There is also an emphasis on strengthening camper's faith. She made lifelong friends at this camp.... Read More...

Paddle New York Summer Camp Weekend :Black River - Watertown, NY
When the water gets low the Black is the place to be. Great playboating at Hole Brothers, and a great river running all weekend. Boaters of all skill levels are welcome. Friday: Evening: Sunset surf session at Hole Brothers. Drinks and food at Maggie's on the River. Saturday: Morning surf session followed by a river run Freestyle clinics will be available. Sunset surf session Evening: Cookout in the campground Sunday: Freestyle clinics will be available. Freestyle Competition and/or Gorge Race Awards and Wrap-Up Camping: Black River Bay Campground. We will be in the tenting area which is located on the left just downhill from the Challengers Rafting Base. Teen North African Music, Dance and Culture Camp - Nampa, ID
Travel to Northern Africa and the Middle-East, without the motion sickness or expensive flight. Learn about the music, dance and culture of the area of the world where Africa meets the Orient. It's a whole new world of music and dance! If you only have a Western Music Education, you are missing out on over three fourths of the world's music! Students will attend from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm on Tuesday and Thursday, August 4th and 6th. Besides learning dance moves, students will make percussive instruments and learn to play several N. African Rhythms. Students will learn about the music and culture of this area of the world through music, dance, video, food and art. On Saturday, August 8th, students will have the opportunity to join 1 World Dance in a performance!
Montgomery Alabama Stake Service Day at Camp Hulaco - Baileyton, AL
This is a "family friendly" service opportunity; however, much of the work is not suitable for young children. Scout troops and YM/YW are strongly encouraged to attend. Cabins are available at no cost for those wishing to go up the night before. Tent camping is also available. Reservations for both can be made online at: https://www.hulacocamp.org/newsite/

Summer Youth Art Camp: Grade 1 Summer art camp is the perfect retreat for the young artist. A faculty of professional artists and art educators provide hands-on activities that expose students to a variety of artistic styles and art processes. Campers rotate by age group to different studio classes for drawing, painting, printmaking, ceramics, sculpture and mixed media. Daily enrichment activities may include entertainment, movement/dance, presentations and games that explore different cultures and forms of art. Parents are asked to provide a daily lunch, snacks and beverage for their children. A reception and art exhibition is held on the last Friday of camp. Family and friends are invited to attend. *Register your child for the grade they will enter in Fall 2016.
