The camp teaches youngsters ages 8-14 survival skills if they are ever lost or in a dangerous situation. Titus Ladies and Teen Girls Retreat - Lowville, NY
Margy Harryman, who will be speaking to mothers and wives, and Molly Sparling, who will be speaking with teen girls ages 13-18, will be sharing a shortened version of their Titus Bible Studies based on Titus 2:3-5. HS Robotics with Arduino Week 3 - Merrill Engineering Building
A week-long camp for entering 10th, 11th, and 12th graders; or 9th graders who have taken a middle school camp. Campers will build and program machines that react to the world and to people using embedded computers, sensors, and motors based on the Arduino family of processors. This is a fun, engaging camp that doesnt need any prior experience, but uses "real" gear in creative ways. The Arduino system is used in the University of Utah undergraduate Mechanical Engineering and Computer Science courses, so this is a great way to see what goes on in those majors. This camp runs from 9AM-3PM, M-F. Some interest or aptitude in computers and/or building things is expected for this camp. Lunch is provided. 801-585-1726

Design beautifully detailed Star Wars® vehicles and power them with a LEGO® motor, battery pack and gears. Students experience the excitement of a motor - how this device can transform a stationary object into a moving one. Projects include the Millennium Falcon, Reys Landspeeder, R2D2, X-Wing fighter, and Snow-Speeder. Students construct the motorized projects, then customize the design, and play with and share ideas with other campers. Builders are sure to have the force with them in this camp!Students take home a LEGO® mini-build and camp T-shirt. Students do not take home the LEGO® projects or pieces from the class This is an afternoon half day camp for 5-7 year olds.
