Is There a Dress Code?
Different camps have different types of dress codes, which is why parents should read all registration materials and welcome packets in advance. For example, a Christian camp may not want youth to wear two-piece bathing suits or spaghetti strap tank tops whereas a different camp may not care. Most summer programs will ask that youth wear age-appropriate clothing. This means avoiding any t-shirts or clothing items that have offensive or suggestive language or any overtly sexual and violent imagery. Both the summer program’s mission or specialty and daily schedule and activities will dictate the details of the camp’s dress code....

Camp Indian Summer - Irvine, KY
On the weekend of October 14-16 it's officially ADULT SWIM at the Cathedral Domain. Camp Indian Summer is an opportunity for grown-up kids of all ages to leave their worries and responsibilties at the foot of the mountain and spend a few days being a kid again. Explore the streams, caves and forest trails on the 800 acre Cathedral Domain property located in the Daniel Boone National Forest. Relax on our decks and porches, beside the swimming pool, or around the campfire. Refresh your spirit with yoga classes, guided meditation, and creative worship. Please join us at Bootheel Youth Camp on September 26 from 9:00 AM-2:30 PM (lunch will be provided) for BYC’s second annual youth rally. (Registration will start at 8:30 and singing will begin at 9:00 AM.) The speaker this year will be Willie Franklin speaking on "The Power of Courage". MAS Youth Summer Camp! August 7th-9th - Junction City, KS
WHEN IS THE CAMP? The camp will, Insha'Allah, be from Friday, August 7th - Sunday, August 9th. WHERE WILL THE CAMP TAKE PLACE? Rock Springs 4-H Center in Junction City, KS. It is about 2 - 2.5 hours away from Kansas City. Transportation will be provided, Insha'Allah. (Please see details below.) WHO MAY ATTEND THE CAMP? Young youth boys and girls ages 11-18 only. WHAT IS THE COST TO ATTEND THE CAMP? The cost is $90 per child by July 24th midnight. After July 24th, the cost will go up to $110/per child. Registration space is limited. WHEN IS THE DEADLINE TO REGISTER? For the early registration discount, register by Friday, July 24th. After July 24th, the cost will go up to $110 instead of $90. The last day to register is Friday, July 31st. Registration will close after July 31st or before if all spots have been filled. WILL TRANSPORTATION BE PROVIDED FOR THE CAMP? Shadow, Rod, Hand, Finger, Bunraku, Sock, Marionette: there are so many types of puppets and now you can learn about them! Over the course of 1 week, campers will each build, manipulate and perform with their own puppets. Puppet Palooza is a unique blend of art, acting, mime, and ensemble: a one-of-a-kind experience for every level of experience.
