Day Camp Session II - St. Johns Country Day School
Excitement awaits the day campers, ages 4 - 13, as they report to their air-conditioned cabins, located on the campus of St. Johns. Grouped by age and supervised by trained, full-time counselors, the campers safety and enjoyment are the primary concerns of each staff member. We also offer a specialized self-contained summer camp program for four year olds. Campers will be under the supervision of our certified Lower School teachers. Activities include arts and crafts, music and movement, outdoor fun, and story time. Children that wish to participate in our four-year-old program must turn four years of age before June 10, and be potty trained. Children need to bring lunch and a change of clothes. Campers enjoy the use of St. Johns 26-acre campus, including its outdoor athletic fields and play equipment, shower and locker facilities, fine arts resources, 25-yard swimming pool, computer labs, and air-conditioned gymnasiums. All campers through grade 4 have swim lessons. Standard guidelines are used to establish swimming levels, and parents receive a report at the end of each two-week session. Indian Village Day Camp - McKnight Outdoor Education Center
Each week campers will participate in a variety of activities including fishing, hiking, pontoon boat ride, building forts in the woods, group games, and activities and programs related to the theme. Ralph Gross Memorial Baseball Camp - Nashville, AR (Scrapper Dome)
The Ralph Gross Memorial Baseball Camp will be held on Saturday, March 5th at the Scrapper Dome in Nashville (AR). The Camp will be held from 9 am - 12 noon for ages 8-15 years of age inside the Scrapper Dome. Participants will get to hear instruction on all phases of the games from hitting, fielding, pitching and running from a instructor/staff that has been involved in professional baseball on all levels. Since 1989, PRO-DAY Baseball has been teaching young players the finer points of the game, have sent hundreds of players into professional baseball, along with hundreds and hundreds of others have went on to receive baseball scholarships to colleges/universities across the country. Players need to register in advance, the camp is "Limited". Proceeds will benefit the Ralph Gross Memorial Scholarship, which is given to a high school senior each year that plans to go off to college to play baseball and continue their education at Nashville High. 888-224-6150
