We are hosting a day full of fun entertainment and activities including games, crafts, makeovers, kickball with the Georgia Tech Softball team, and even an appearance by Santa! Individual Week / Add on Registration Here (2016 AKA SOP SCHEDULE BELOW) AKASPORTs Speed of Play: Leadership through Fitness Program, is led by AKA Director, Chris Schulz and the AKA professional training Staff. Participants enrolled in the AKA Speed of Play (SOP program), in partnership with the AKA All Sports Camp (ages 6-12), will offer adolescents an opportunity to be active, train and play in an All Sports setting geared to teach them leadership qualities with personal mentorship opportunities. The base of the Speed of Play program is from 9:00am-4:00pm and the doors are open for all Speed of Play participants from 7:00am-6:00pm, the same hours of the AKA All Sports Camp so you can take advantage of supervised activity time the entire day. Week 4 Monte Vista Horsemanship Camp - Monte Vista Christian School
Monte Vista Horsemanship Camp provides an amazing opportunity for boys and girls to spend a week riding horses, making friends, and experiencing beautiful natural surroundings at the campus of Monte Vista Christian School. Located in the foothills of the Santa Cruz Mountains on the Monterey Bay, we offer structured riding lessons in the morning and afternoon for beginners through advanced riders looking to prepare for competition. Trail rides, mounted games and grooming lessons round out the campers Equestrian education for the week, and they will demonstrate their new skills for friends and family members at our Camp Horse Show on Saturday. Every afternoon, the campers have an opportunity to swim at the school pool and enjoy the hot tub before showering and then its off to dinner!
