Corky Rogers Football Camp - Bolles San Jose Campus
Corky Rogers Football Camp campers will enjoy an action-packed week of individual and group instruction in the basic fundamentals of football. Camp will include instruction on: •Techniques of Quarterback play •Receiving skills and running of pass patterns •Punting, place kicking drills and blocking techniques •Types for offensive and defensive plays Each camper will receive a camp t-shirt on the last day of camp. Discover Scuba - CV High School Pool
Supervisor: West Shore Scuba. Students will learn how to correctly put on and adjust their equipment, control their breathing and get accustomed to being underwater and using scuba equipment. They will put their new found skills to use while performing Aqua Missions underwater. In addition to their water time, the students will continue their learning out of the pool and discuss marine biology. The only items that you will need to bring with you are a bathing suit, a towel and a release form. This camp is conducted by West Shore Scuba, a PADI (Professional Association of Diving Instructors) dive center. THURS : PreK & Kindergarten Program - The Story of King Midas - The Philadelphia School
Join us for a fun-filled day experiencing an interactive storytelling adventure about the myth of King Midas! Each student will decorate a golden mask and participate in recreating the story. Students will also learn about Turkey and the cultural traditions of the land where King Midas once ruled. We will also explore the rich and colorful patterns of Turkish tiles, and each student will design and decorate their own tile to take home. A mid-morning snack will be served. Choice indoor and outdoor activities will be offered, as well as a walk to Taney Park, weather permitting. Please pack a lunch (including a beverage) in a disposable bag. For the safety of our students, please DO NOT INCLUDE PEANUT BUTTER or any nuts in your childs lunch.
