It's here! The Fall edition of our Teen Power Camp provides a fundamental fitness foundation for any high school student, scaled to anyone from first timers just trying to get into shape to high school athletes looking for structured off-season training or additional in-season work. The Teen Power Program will introduce athletes to bodyweight exercises, gymnastics, powerlifting and basic olympic weightlifting, all while under the close supervision of a certified CrossFit instructor. Our goal is to teach local Teens how to safely and efficiently move their body and external objects (bars, kettlebells, medicine balls, etc) through space, dramatically improving body composition and improving athletic ability in anyone. Our program is designed to increase stamina, strength, power, endurance, coordination, balance, accuracy and flexibility in any person, all while in a team environment filled with positive people. Every workout is scaled to ANY teens capacity. Teens must be at least 13 years of age and emotionally mature. In this camp from Youth Digital, kids learn professional Java programming as they design and build their customized Minecraft server that they can share with friends. At the end of camp, kids walk away with a playable, shareable Minecraft server that they built from scratch. Theyll also be able to access the online version of the course after camp, including video tutorials, interactive quizzes, and new challenges. Kids will learn the basics of one of the most popular coding languages in the world as they modify real Java code to build their Minecraft server. During camp, kids will master introductory computer programming concepts including methods and parameters, if-then statements, and more. Theyll also learn to use a pro-level Java development tool to build their server.
