Titus Ladies and Teen Girls Retreat - Lowville, NY
Margy Harryman, who will be speaking to mothers and wives, and Molly Sparling, who will be speaking with teen girls ages 13-18, will be sharing a shortened version of their Titus Bible Studies based on Titus 2:3-5. Ladies and girls will be meeting separately, but we will all enjoy our meals and breaks together. Retreat will cover one night lodging, Saturday breakfast and lunch and speakers expenses. Cabins (group settings): $70.00 per person Motel units$100.00 for the unit for up to 4 people plus $30.00 per person. Dietary restrictions can be accomodated. Sexual Assault on the College Campus ~ Not My Kid! - Webster, NY
Summary: The biggest mistake any parent can make is to pretend that sexual assault will never happen to your child - female or male. If you are starting a college search this year, it is important that you understand this issue and how any college your student may be considering addresses it. The problem is real and widespread: 1 in 4 college women reports being sexually assaulted and, since 2014, over 180 complaints against colleges have been filed in Federal Court for mishandling sexual assault complaints. Join us to learn about sexual assault on college campuses, find out why it's come to the forefront now, and what you need to know to assess campus safety (policy, culture, Title IX violations). We will also discuss affirmative consent and alcohol/drug use. As the high profile Brock Turner sexual assault case in Stanford pointed out, "20 minutes" changed the trajectory of two young lives forever.

Learn to skillfully fly a remote controlled helicopter drone, then race the clock in our drone obstacle course. Take your drone home to enjoy after camp! There will still be plenty of time for other traditional camp activities including swimming, Catan ball, campfires and Bible Exploration!! Children may sign up for the entire week or each trip individually. SummerART Camp Full Day Studio Art Program 9:30am to 5pm Studio Art with Painting Studio Elective Session I: June 27 to July 8 No camp on Monday, July 4 Studio Art Camp The American Life: Paleo to the Present This session will explore what life was like in the Americas throughout history, from when the dinosaurs roamed to modern times. Campers will go on a journey throughout a variety of American cultures and civilizations, learning about their daily lives, legends and stories, and art forms. Visits to MAMs newly installed Native American collection will be included to provide a closer look and inspiration. Travel from the prehistoric to the present in this whimsical tour throughout time. KIDS LOVE IT! No need to bring a soccer ball-all equipment will be provided. Join anytime during the week (fee will be pro-rated). Sibling discount available: Register two or more siblings for SoccerTots camp and receive a $5 discount off the registration fee for the second and each subsequent child.
