The Cobra's youth football camp is a non-contact football camp that cultivates talented young people in an effort to unite a community that has deeply supported athletics and leadership building. Participants of the Cobra's Camp will receive personal coaching from TN Cobra players and other former college players, and trained coaches. All youth (boys & girls) between the ages of 5-13 are encouraged to participate. We only have 100 spots; this event is being held at an indoor athletic facility and will not cancel due to weather. This is a hands-on class where students will design and build machines, catapults, pyramids, derby cars, buildings and other constructions out of LEGO® bricks. While exploring engineering, architecture and physics, students will develop problem solving and critical thinking skills. Participants build a new project each month. (925) 308-0010
Grades K-5: Puppetry! - Wyndham Lakes Elementary
Grades K-2: Improv! Class meets only on Mondays from 3:00- 4:15 The class dates are 1/4, 1/11, 1/25, 2/1, 2/8, 2/22, 2/29– 7 weeks ($85) Puppetry: Our puppetry session allows students to craft and perform with their own puppet! We guide the students through the ins and outs of various puppetry styles and techniques. A Dramatic Preview on the final day will showcase their puppet and stories created throughout the session. Fundamentals and drills for the odd front attack defense and the Kettering spread motion offense will be taught. A variety of team building activities will also be incorporated. Bring football cleats, gym shoes and a lunch. Camp includes a t-shirt if registered prior to June 1st.
