Imagine the great cities of the world and their monumental and powerful architecture. We will create our own architectural firm for the chance to build things in 3D: a hockey rink, football stadium, golf course, art gallery, a museum, a roller coaster theme park, an aquarium, or even the great Roman Coliseum! As future architects, learn about perspective drawing and go outdoors to draw the architecture of Cary Academy. For the grand finale, our creative engineering skills will be challenged with the classic egg drop project where teams design a device to protect an egg from a 15 foot drop as campers from other summer programs watch the competition and cheer us on! 919-677-7839

Teen Summer Camp - Macedonia, OH
Long Tail Knits will be hosting a summer camp for students looking to learn to knit or crochet. This will be held at the store June 13 through June 17 from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm. You will learn the basics in knit/crochet. Your choice. The cost of the camp will be $25.00 per day or $125.00 for the week. If you pay for the entire week ahead of time, you will receive a 10% discount. This does not include the cost of materials. We will be offering beginner patterns for those who are just starting out and for those who have some of the basics down, we will have intermediate beginner projects for learning other techniques and stitches. Recommended age is 10 and up. If you have any questions, please let me know by posting in the comments and I will get back to you as soon as I can. University of Georgia Mens Tennis - University of Georgia Mens Tennis
The Georgia Bulldog Tennis Camp will provide instruction for every level of play. For the beginner, basic fundamentals and stroke production will be emphasized. For the intermediate players, refinement of the fundamentals--footwork, grips, strokes and strategy will be stressed. The advanced players will be trained at the same intensity level that we train our Bulldog college players. Along with match play and conditioning, the emphasis is concentrated in challenging the campers regardless of their level of play. Camps are open to any/all entrants (limited only by number and age, grade level, and/or gender).
