Middle School Session: 12 pm to 2:30 pm daily Session is for participants in 7th or 8th grade as of the 2015 - 2016 school year. Participants will be divided based on age and skill level to maximize learning. On behalf of Coach Bill Dwan, Associate Head Coach of Hopkins and Coach Matt Dwan, Assistant Coach, Loyola, we are excited to partner with the Lambert High School Lacrosse Program to host our 2016 Elite Lax Camp! Due to NCAA Regulations, we are prohibited from advertising current players that will be working at the camp. The Elite Lax Camp features the TOP athletes at each position and ensure a player to coach ratio of 14 to 1 to maximize instruction. Learn from current collegiate players at the TOP of their game!! About Elite Lax Camp: Elite Lacrosse Camp to offer well-rounded lacrosse instruction tailored for all playing levels entwined with important lifes lessons and the significance of education and dedication. This is going to be a fun event! We are partnering with Community Hope and Action and West River Valley Thrives to bring you an evening of fun and community support. CHAC has been bringing you the Third Saturday free monthly dinners and concerts for the past year and on December 19 they have welcomed CFK to be there as well with a silent auction to raise money for our wonderful afterschool programs. Come see and bid on beautiful hand made items from local artisans as well as ski pases from Stratton and Mount Snow and many other treats and surprises! It is the season of giving and gratitude. Here is a fun way you can help ensure the future of these enriching programs for our kids, while also getting some of your holiday shopping done!

Summer Camps are no-frills, get-a-lot-done, fun-filled social events. We are trying something new this year! We will join Debi Morris at her campground, Traveler’s Woods. There will be no fee to crop and we will plan our potluck meals in advance. Camping is available – Campers with water/sewer/electric are $20.00/night; tents with electric plug are $10.00/night. Showers, a bathhouse, and a pool are available for campers. Optional Friday night add-on to camp. (Provide your own camper or tent, payment upon arrival.) Digital scrappers and card makers welcome at all events too! Join us for Saturday only or Sunday too.
KIDS CAMP- Midwest Women's Herbal Kids Camp - Almond, WI
Kids Herbal Camp offers children the opportunity to attend the MWHC while learning about herbs through age appropriate activities. The Kids Camp offers guardians the opportunity to attend the conference along with the children in their lives. Guardians will be able to attend classes kid-free and know that their children are also being exposed to plant wisdom. Kids Herbal Camp is for children ages 3 – 11 (boys and girls are welcome to participate) and activities will be planned according to ages. This year the kids Herbal Camp is run by Heidi Huebner, founder and steward of Blue Bird Hill Homestead in Hudson, WI. Kristine Brown will be offering a workshop session for the kids too! SummerART Camp Full Day Pottery Program 9:30am to 5pm Pottery Camp with Movie Making with a Green Screen Session I: June 27 to July 8 No camp on Monday, July 4 Pottery Camp This camp is for children who are interested specifically in working with clay to create pottery, sculpture, and more. Campers are grouped in age-specific classes (6 to 8, and 9 to 12). Campers will have the opportunity to use the Museums diverse collection of Native American pottery as inspiration. Much of the work created in Pottery Camp will be kiln fired, some will be functional, some will be decorative, and all of it will be treasured for years to come. Much of this artwork will be displayed at the receptions in Leir Hall at the end of each session.
