It's no secret we're a Tulane family. Both my husband and I graduated from the college and would love our daughter to be a legacy. The Ripples Day Camp was a perfect way to introduce her to the campus and all it has to offer. She became an excellent swimmer and is already talking about training to be a counselor next year. Youth Summer Camp - Hampden Sydney, VA
The HST Summer Youth Camp will run for 4 days from 9 AM – 12 PM. The camp focus is on baseball instruction and drills to improve the skill. The camp will begin with an introduction of the fundamentals of baseball. Each day will begin with throwing and catching drills. The session will be followed by position training. Each player will learn about each position on the field. Each day there will also be a specialty skill learned. These skills will be base running, sliding, and bunting. Each day ends with games. We provide world-class instruction in training, technique, nutrition, plyometrics and competition strategies. Our junior camp (ages 6-12) teaches campers about each track and field event and gives each camper an opportunity to grow as an athlete.
