LATEST CAMPS NEWS: USF June Full Day Futsal Camp - USF Corbett Soccer Stadium
Our full day Futsal camp is from 9am-4pm daily, Monday-Thursday. Futsal camp will help players improve technically and forces them to play quicker, be creative, and use correct techniques for receiving, turning and passing. To keep the ball, players have to be always moving and adjusting to keep up with the speed of play. Camp includes training in both our indoor gymnasiums and outdoors, all you can eat buffet style lunch in USFs air-conditioned dining hall on campus Monday-Thursday. Campers can choose to watch a movie or swim in the early afternoon before our last camp session of the day. 813-315-6485

Summer 4-6 Year Old Camp #2 - Island City, OR
This camp will be 3 days long and 2 hours per day. We will be working on Walk, Trot, Posting, Leading, Haltering, Steering, Grooming, Parts of the Saddle, Bridle and Horse, and fun trivia about care of ponies/horses. Every kid learns at their own pace. I am here to teach them about horses and riding, while being safe and aware. If they are soaring, I let them soar and will continue teaching them new things. If they need to slow down and work on some smaller things, then they get to. This young age group is here to learn and have fun doing it. Final Summer 2016 Kid's Riding Camp - Georgetown, TX
Sign up now for our last riding camp of the summer for children ages 3 - 18. Camps are half days, and kids learn about safety first, equipment, horses and riding in our soft-sand enclosed and covered round pen and enclosed outdoor arena. Kid's are outside getting exercise in the sunshine and fresh air, learning a new skill, having fun, and gaining in self-confidence. What could be better? All classes taught by Eric Clarke, horseman and natural horsemanship clinician with 35+years experience as a professional horse and people trainer, assisted by several of his horsemanship apprentices. Class size is limited. All equpment and horses provided, except for boots (with a bit of a heel please; no sneakers) and helmets (no bicycle helmets). Siblings may share helmets as needed. This camp is a young designers dream come true! With an emphasis on the creative process, campers will design and construct their own products from found objects, recycled materials, clay, wire, metal and other building materials; sketch a window display for an imaginary company, and use various art media to complete products. Campers will learn about form, structure, the elements of design and three-dimensional concepts. Stretch your imagination and join us in this creative workshop environment! SoCal Youth Tri Series Kids Triathlon Open Water Swim Clinic - South Shores Park, Mission Bay
Our USA TRIATHLON CERTIFIED COACHES will make sure your child is well prepared for their Kids Triathlon Open Water Swim! We will practice sighting, navigating their swim course, pacing their energy, and practice entries and exits. Child must be able to swim 100 yds. Wetsuits highly recommended. Each child earns 1 point towards series awards for participating in the clinic. Plus, Healthy post event refreshments. EVENT DETAILS AND SCHEDULE Event email will be sent to all participants the week of the clinic with all the details. Clinic will start at 2:30p check in time and end at 4:30p. Summer Camp @ Villa-Parke Group D ( 11-12) - City of Pasadena
S.T.E.A.M. into fun with this innovative and dynamic summer camp. Villa-Parkes Enrichment Camp creates an exciting learning environment that explores the five core concepts of the S.T.E.A.M. curriculum: science, technology, engineering, arts and mathematics. Each weeks activities are based on a theme. For example, during Space Exploration Week, campers may take a field trip to the Griffith Observatory, base their art projects around the solar system, do astronaut training activities for fitness and learn space themed vocabulary in Spanish. Campers do wacky science experiments, explore technology and mathematics through Lego(R) robotics in the computer lab, complete engineering challenges and attend language lessons including American Sign Language and Spanish. The camp also incorporates traditional camp arts and crafts activities like painting, drawing and beadwork, as well as ceramics instruction and the use of pottery wheels. Daily activities include at least 90 minutes of high-energy physical fitness. Specialized sports instruction is offered for both tennis and golf. Campers participate in recreational swim two times per week. Camp counselors go into the water with the campers and well-trained, certified lifeguards are always present.
