Week 6 (Grades 4 - 8) - Cal State East Bay
The week long day camp offers a wide variety of sports and activities for campers to participate in. Activities included are: basketball, swimming, soccer, volleyball, tennis, ping pong, kick ball, arts and crafts, and others. All activities take place on the beautiful Hayward campus of Cal State East Bay. A daily lunch is provided and if there are any dietary needs just let us know and we can accommodate your camper. The only equipment that your camper will need to bring are: swim suit, towel, goggles (if preferred), snacks, and shoes to be active in (sandals are highly discouraged). Jump Start Flag Football - Rotary Park
The All Pro Football camp will teach campers the basic fundamentals of football in an atmosphere that emphasizes sportsmanship, teamwork and the joy of sports. This program is ideal for children who have never played organized football, as well as those who have played youth football for several years. In addition to learning fundamentals, techniques and strategies of the sport, campers will participate in flag football games every day as well as fun games and contests such as "Punt, Pass, and Kick" and "NFL Fast Football". The week will culminate in a fun "super bowl" on the last day of camp which parents will be invited to attend. 2016 Goalkeeper Premier Academy Soccer Camp - Steamboat Springs, Colorado
The Premier Goalkeeper Academy is designed with the dedicated and aspiring goalkeeper in mind. 9-Days of intense Goalkeeper training will elevate each players skills to the next level. Participants will participate within the Goalkeeper Performance Academy Session 1 and then continue their development into Goalkeeper Performance Academy Session 2 and incorporating a progression of training topics and concepts. SSA staff coaches work with an attention-to-detail approach that insures maximum development. Additionally, teaching aspiring habits for total peak performance, learning new recovery and rejuvenation protocols, and how to better manage the demands of top-level athletic training and competition. Finally, off field activities will be incorporated with choices such as Paddelboarding, yoga, mountain bike ride on Steamboats Mt Werner, zip lining and more. The Premier Academy is a 100% residential camp. Campers stay at the Colorado Mountain College campus in the dorms each night.
