Teen Dance Camp! - Vancouver, WA
9:30am – 3:30pm Monday thru Thursday 9:30am through 7pm Showcase on Friday Are you ready to DANCE. ? Teenagers (ages 13-18) of all dance levels are invited to register for our first ever Dance Camp July 6-10, 2015. Students will enjoy skill-based instruction in tap, musical theater, and hip hop from professional dance teachers as they do their morning rotations. After a time of worship, Bible study, and small group time, each day will end with a full company production number rehearsal. The camp will take place at Groove Nation West with three different mirrored studio instruction rooms for optimum learning, and the performance on the Mago Hunt stage at the University of Portland campus. Summer Kids’ Camp right here at Olympic...is it possible? Yes, we are once again hosting a summer kids camp for kids between second and eighth grade. Three days and two nights of fun, friends, and a challenge about what it means to follow Jesus. Activities include :Horseback Riding, Hiking, Night Games, Campfires, and Swimming. The Republican Women of Rock Island County are sponsoring a fun trivia night for the benifit of the Jacaranda Youth Camp, a basketball camp that will be taking place later this year in Nairobi, Kenya! Grades 6-8 Cross country running is a wonderful sport! This four day camp includes instruction on proper warm up and stretching, running technique, racing strategies and basic training. Campers do not have to have any prior running experience. All levels welcome. Athletes need to bring athletic shoes/apparel and water.
