Gear Up Football Presents: Inaugural FREE Youth Football Camp - Waxaha
Gear Up Football is excited to announce its Inaugural FREE Youth Football Camp! This 1-Day camp is for ages 6 - 14 (1st Grade - 8th Grade). Our camp instructors will include current and former NFL, CFL & AFL players who will provide a hands-on approach with the campers. The camp will focus on proper warm-up techniques, positional fundamentals, and most importantly safety training! *This is a non-contact clinic, so there is no equipment needed What is Gear Up Football? Gear Up Football is a division of Gear Up Sports LLC. Gear Up Football's sole purpose is to teach the fundamentals of the game with a safety first mindset while instilling our character-based training for the youth of Ellis County and surrounding areas. Teen Rock Band Camp - Beacon, NY
Ages 13+ Tuesdays after school Sept 20 - Dec 6 All you have to do is join and you're in a band. Just like that. In our Rock Band Boot Camp for teens you start playing together on the very first day and you don't stop. It doesn't matter how much or how little experience you have. You'll learn how to rock out with others. While rocking out with your peers in the rehearsal studio, you'll get better at your instrument and develop your skills—and your swagger. At the end of each rock camp session you will put on a show that parents, family and friends are invited to attend. 12 weeks (No meeting Thanksgiving week) Tuesdays, 5:00-6:30

Rogue Robots: LEGO Robotics Camp - San Angelo, TX
Robots aren’t just inventions in a galaxy far, far away— they exist here on Earth, at your local library! Join us this Winter Break for a Star Wars-themed robotics camp. Each day we’ll watch a clip from the movies, and build a LEGO robot inspired by the film. The library will be hosting two four-day camps—attending all four days is not mandatory, but each class will build upon the previous classes. No prior experience in LEGO robotics necessary, but seating is limited so RSVP is required. Man vs. Wild Jr. - On Target Outfitters
Similar to our older camp but without the overnight, Man vs. Wild Jr. is designed for kids in grades 2-5 to explore the woods, build shelters, learn to use a compass, identify different trees and plants, and learn what to do if they ever get lost. (330)423-5101

Farm to Table (ages 6-12) - Connolly Ranch
Brings your young epicureans enthusiasm for all things cooking back to the source of the ingredients: land, soil, seeds, animals, plants and more. Campers will explore how to grow and cook a farm-fresh meal from the ground up using ingredients that are in season and locally grown in the Napa Valley. After getting their hands dirty learning how animals, soil, water and the sun work together to produce food for our tables, kids will wash up and commence cooking. Nothing tastes better than a meal that is freshly harvested out of the ground. Each week, a local chef will visit to share knowledge about farm-to-table cooking. Parents are invited to join their campers on Friday afternoons to sample what their kids have learned that week. 707-224-1894

3D Modeling Camp - Middle School
Has your child ever wanted to learn how to make his or her own 3D model on a computer? This camp teaches the basics of how to computer generate 3D models that can then be used for animations, 3D printouts, games, and the new fields of Virtual Reality and Alternate Reality. Campers will be introduced to 3D modeling using games such as Minecraft, Spore, and others, and then will be able to progress into using simple 3D modeling programs. Campers will get their own 3D printout of a model theyve made and will be able to take home their very own 3D models on a USB drive (516) 750-3104

Camp - Fun in the Sun Wk 3: 4-7 yrs old 7/11-7/15 - Recreation-D.P.S.
The Recreation Department is once again offering one-week day camps that will be held at Lessenger Elementary (30150 Campbell). Campers are asked to wear sneakers/tennis shoes (no sandals, flip-flops or open toe shoes) each day and to bring their own sack lunch (including beverages) unless otherwise noted. Registration fee includes all trips, camp t-shirt, craft and supplies and snacks. For $10 drop your child off at 7:30 am or pick your child up at 4:30 pm, both options for only $20! The city of Chicago is unquestionably the weirdest and most haunted city in America! With a history dating back to the early 1800s that is filled with crazy events, mysterious happenings and a lot of very strange characters, there is no place like it in the country.
