Youngsters and their families will enjoy stories, crafts, songs, and surprises at Toddler Boot Camp. This themed four-week story time is geared to children 1-5 years old to encourage them to transition from the baby stages to a big kid. EXPLORERS DAY CAMP-Adventurers and Trailblazers - Germantown Friends School
The Explorers Day Camp offers five weeks of old-fashioned summertime fun, designed to develop campers curiosity and creativity through weekly theme-oriented sessions. Each week, Explorers will participate amazing activities designed by GFSs own LS art teacher Heather Chu Marvill and ASP Art Coordinator, Joli Harnish. In addition, campers will enjoy science, cooking, nature, and sports-related activities. The GFS campus will serve as the primary location for exploration and skill-building. Half-day field trips to nearby cultural destinations provide opportunities for hands-on learning and discovery. Campers will build confidence, forge new friendships, and grow through new experiences, all within a safe and fun-focused environment. Swims at the Germantown Cricket Club during weeks #1, #2, and #3 will add to the summertime fun and plans are in the works to include swimming for weeks #4 and #5 as well!
