My 12 year old son said he feels at home in this 4-H camp for youth ages 9 to 14. It has helped him become a leader, solve problems, increased his self-esteem, develop independent thinking skills and improved his communication skills. Join us for a week of skateboarding fun at the Poway Skate Park! Come build your ramp skills, develop new tricks, learn safety techniques, meet special guest pros, and make new friends. This camp will benefit skateboarders of all levels! All participants will receive an SD SkateLife sticker pack. All participants MUST have a helmet, elbow pads, and knee pads each class. Its a week that you wont want to miss. Our aim is for the campers to experience Gods love in Jesus Christ and have the opportunity to hear His call upon their lives. Various elements go into Christian Camping including the community that comes together in the Camp, the natural setting, games and recreation, Bible study, worship, prayer, and fellowship. Junior Novice Tennis Age 10-14: For beginning to low intermediate players, two courts grouped by ability. Develop the essential techniques with emphasis on control, depth, and direction on the "78 ft. court" with regulation tennis balls.
