This camp focuses on Christian faith and horses; two of my Daughter's favorite things
I was excited to find this camp for my 12 year old daughter. She is naturally a quiet child, but she loves horses. This camp helped her stretch outside her comfort zone as she socialized with other children who also shared her love of horses. She couldn’t stop telling us how she explored the prairie on horseback. Summer Art Camp for Kids - Winslow, AR
Summer Art Camp for Kids babaMonday-Friday, July 11-15, 9-12am Special outdoor dinner and performance on Friday, July 15, beginning at 6pm. Explore new areas in the arts at Summer Art Camp, July 11-15 at Ozark Folkways! Create giant masks and bring the characters of the Russian folk tale Baba Yaga to life as you experiment with music-making, movement, and mime! There will be witches, magical animals, fabulous costumes, lights, music and action: fun for all levels. Everyone will take part in a final performance at dusk on Friday, July 15 on our outdoor stage, the Crow’s Nest. The community will be invited to join in a weiner roast before the show, and then to marvel at the amazing performance the kids will have put together in a single week! Cost is $25 per child and includes all supplies and a healthy mid morning snack each day. Space is limited! Pre-registration is required and spots are available on a first come first serve basis. Kid's will take part in a well-rounded variety of artistic activities. This option is for rising Kindergarten through 4th graders and is geared toward beginner and intermediate players who want to develop their lacrosse skills in a fun and relaxed camp setting. Beyond teaching the basic skills and strategies of the sport, the camp day features: arts and crafts, team challenges, water games and other activities. (Sign your child up for the grade he will be in NEXT SEPTEMBER.) 9084774239.0

Geared toward junior players new to the game with little or no experience. Juniors will be exposed to all aspects of the game of golf! Instruction includes: grip & setup, woods, irons, short game & putting. Importance of Rules, etiquette and safety. Spring Camps are held on Sunday afternoons for 3 consecutive weeks! 8 to 12 students per instructor. Fee includes use of clubs, rule book and range balls! 703.932.0537

site can accommodate an overall total of 36, but is broken into two groups of 4 or 5 small cabins with beds, sleeps a total of 16 or 20, has a covered pavilion with a refrigerator and stove, site has showers and latrine toilets. 336-274-8491

Fun-filled field trips will be taken each day to enable campers to explore the exciting opportunities available in our community. Each morning will begin with a short educational reading and activity related to the field trip. Lunch will be eaten on the trip and a thematic afternoon snack will be provided. Each location offers campers the opportunity to play and explore. Campers should pack their own lunch. Field trips include: Cleveland Zoo, Great Lakes Science Center, Natural History Museum and Lake Farm Parks. Trips will be arranged according to weather and lunch should be packed in brown paper sacks or plastic bags to allow for easy disposal while on field trips.
