Send a Kid to Camp Campaign - Morrisville, VT
This year, we mark 40 years of encouraging, educating and strengthening families. To celebrate, we're helping send kids to camp with camperships of up to $400 for kids whose families cannot afford such an expense. 100% of your donation goes directly to a kid's camp tuition. Donate through the “Donate Now” heart on our main page, or form a team to help raise funds for camperships. It really is the power of community that builds healthy kids. Awakening Teen Camps - Kansas City, MO
Awakening Teen Camp seeks to equip teens ages 12–18 with Bible-based teaching to live a lifestyle of prayer, worship, and wholehearted love for Jesus. Teens are housed at our local Camp and Training Center, as well as our local YWAM base. Meals are provided through our camp kitchen, and transportation is provided by Awakening Teen Camp. Our group leaders excitedly work to equip teens to live lives of holiness while devoting their summers to pouring into the next generation and make lifelong memories. Days at Awakening Teen Camp are full of high-energy games and activities, bible classes, practical training, small group time, and powerful evening services. We want teens to come grow in the knowledge of God and be awakened to the joy of impacting this generation with His power, and have a ton of fun!

This class is a crash course into the exciting world of stop motion! Students will discover how stop motion animations such as Wallace & Gromit and The Nightmare Before Christmas are created and explore the software, technology and theory behind them! Spacing, timing, acceleration of motion, project planning and execution will all be covered throughout the program, and use LEGO® to put each into practice. Every single class is hands-on and by the time the program is complete each student will leave with their own original stop motion animation! Kids Club 2016: Week #3 - The Calverton School
Join in for afternoons of fun and games! Campers will take three off-campus trips a week on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Trips are mostly in Calvert County and include afternoons at the pool, water park, museum, bowling alley, rock wall climbing, ice skating, and more! On-campus fun will include team sports, water games, arts and crafts, etc. Lots of fun activities are planned to make those hot summer days enjoyable! Music/Chorus-The Science of Gardening - Amador Elementary School
MUSIC/CHORUS Branch Out into Music Singing and playing an instrument can be so much fun, but some students just dont know where to begin. This fun-filled class includes music basics, singing, and playing the recorder. From there, students may be able to branch out into playing another instrument, or learn to sing harmony in a choir. THE SCIENCE OF GARDENS Gardening, kids dig it. Each day of class will have a hands-on science and gardening theme. On the first day of class, we will learn about the basic needs of plants and students will plant seeds. On each subsequent day we will explore topics such as leaf adaptations, flowers & pollinators, fruit, seeds & seed dispersal, beneficial insects, garden art, and sustainable gardening.
