Kid's Belly Dancing (Jelly Belly's) Camp - Beaumont, TX

The Fall edition of our Teen Power Camp provides a fundamental fitness foundation for any high school student, scaled to anyone from first timers just trying to get into shape to high school athletes looking for structured off-season training or additional in-season work. The Teen Power Program will introduce athletes to bodyweight exercises, gymnastics, powerlifting and basic olympic weightlifting, all while under the close supervision of a certified CrossFit instructor. Our goal is to teach local Teens how to safely and efficiently move their body and external objects (bars, kettlebells, medicine balls, etc) through space, dramatically improving body composition and improving athletic ability in anyone. Our program is designed to increase stamina, strength, power, endurance, coordination, balance, accuracy and flexibility in any person, all while in a team environment filled with positive people. Every workout is scaled to ANY teens capacity. Teens must be at least 13 years of age and emotionally mature. Cost is $119 per month for children of Apogee members and $139 for children of non-Apogee members Class runs 330-430pm every Tuesday and Thursday. Interested? Camp Hollywood - Ohlook Performing Arts Center
Students will write a script, produce, direct, film, and star in a movie in our exciting 1 week camp! Beginning the first day campers will create a story, develop characters, design sets, even work on costumes and make-up. They will then get a crash course in camera work and filming techniques using digital video equipment. Putting all the skills together, students make a movie! Iron Men Acro & Agility - St. Agnes Academy-St. Dominic School
With coaching and equipment resources from the Gymstars Gymnastics, boys will be introduced to the basics of tumbling acrobatics such as rolls, cartwheels, handstands, handsprings, jumps and safety falls, in addition to mini trampoline fundamentals. To round out this program the mini-men will also practice strength, flexibility, coordination, and agility challenges in a fun, age appropriate format. Strong, flexible and fit boys will be assets to any future basketball, football, or soccer teams. Begin here…go anywhere!
