What Staff Members Are On Site?
There are a number of trained staff on site. They undergo staff training to better understand the mission, policies, and schedule of the program. Different camps have different ratios. The smaller the ratio, the more individualized attention a camper will receive. For example, a 1:3 ratio means that there is one staff member per three campers.

Rise Up Florida with Lost & Found High School Youth Event
Rise Up Florida High School Retreat November 6-8, 2015 Word of Life Retreat Center Hudson, Florida Join us as we welcome the band Lost & Found to join us for Rise Up Florida as one of their last stops on their farewell tour. This event is for both those who attended the Gathering and for those who were not able to attend. It will equip and re-ignite those who were at the Gathering to "bring the Gathering home" and to provide a feel of the Gathering to those who were not able to be there. Utilizing some of the resources, video and music from the Gathering and adding in some of our own, we will encourage youth to examine their story and the story of their community and congregation and to explore how God might be calling them to tell His story and affect change where they see injustice. Our time together will include: * Large Group Sessions * Congregational Small Groups * Large Group Games * Campfire * Climbing Wall * Zip Line * Heated Pool * Water Slide * Music with Lost & Found and so much more! By popular demand, Stanford University Sports Medicine will be opening its doors again to expose its unique methods of medical care for the nations most elite athletes. The programs expert level clinicians will provide hands-on instruction of topics from the very basics of sports medicine care to the integration of cutting edge approaches to injury prevention, rehabilitation, and athletic performance. The program includes: Anatomy and Musculoskeletal Injury Emergency Preparedness Injury and Illness Prevention Movement and Performance Located in the heart of the Silicon Valley, see firsthand how advanced technologies positively impact injury recovery and training. Recommended for high school students interested in sports medicine or a career in athletic training. Specifically for those with no experience in Sports Medicine and students who have not taken a sports medicine class.
