Kid's Summer Clay Camp - San Pedro, CA
CLAY CAMP - 3 days Monday, June 20th, Tuesday June 21st and Monday June 27th, 2016 8:30am - 12:30pm at Seaside Studios San Pedro Projects will include making fairy/troll habitats for the garden! The first 2 days in camp we will be forming our projects utilizing basic hand building techniques such as coil, slab and pinch pot techniques. The 3rd day (Monday of the following week) will be for glazing the piece with the goal of having a finished fired piece by end of the mixed arts camp July 1st. Kid's clay camp is recommended for kids between the ages of 7 and 13 years of age. Clay camp is $85 per child per session. It is highly recomended to do both clay and mixed arts camps if possible as they tie in nicely together. This camp will prepare teenage girls for middle and high school level volleyball.
