Young Jedi will explore worlds far, far away and engineering principles right in front of them. Defeat the Empire by designing and refining Lego X-Wings, R2-units, and settlements on far-flung edges of the galaxy. Imagination and engineering combine to create motorized and architectural projects such as energy catapults, shield generators, and defense turrets. BodyRite Training Teen Sport Camp - Jamesport, NY
We are excited to announce that BodyRite will be hosting a series of teen athletic camp programs this summer. Many young athletes are looking to improve their abilities in the off season and we believe BodyRite Teens Sport Camp will help enhance athletic skills and performance by using simple methods and sound science. The camp will run three separate sessions in two week sessions, starting July 11th from 11am to 2pm. The best part of the camp, is that no matter what ability level, the camper will progress. Whether an athlete or not, this camp is designed to help any teen interested in working out learn the basics of proper movement, strength training, and sound nutrition. We welcome all abilities ages 13 through 18. Coupling intelligent programming with sport specific nutrition, we will teach the athlete or interested fitness enthusiast how to move better for their sport, and how to fuel thier bodies properly for optimal performance.
