Our morning program lasts from 9am to 12pm, and includes programs for Jellyfish (ages 4-5), Rockfish (ages 6-8) and Blue Crabs (ages 9-12). The morning session typically consists of three 45-60 minute activities that will be exciting and engaging for your children. During each of these time slots we endeavor to provide options for your child, enabling them to do what they like most and empowering them to have the most fun with their day. Activities throughout the day are structured around three main themes including: OUTDOORS (e.g., nature hikes, sailing, water sports, swim skills, kayaking, survival skills), ARTS (e.g., crafts, indian art, tie dyes) and GAMES (e.g., tennis, basketball, dodgeball, beach challenges). Campers will not only be able to do their own makeup, hair, nails, and other styling, but can also design fashion for one of their dolls! We will teach campers how they themselves can design custom outfits for their dolls, and customize outfits for themselves too! Join at anytime. SPECIALTY CAMP CANCELLATION POLICY Participants wishing to drop an enrichment class/specialty camp must contact Community Services at (760) 744-9000 x3501. Half-day Specialty Camps A full refund of fees, less a $10 cancellation fee, will be granted if the request is made on the Thursday prior to the start of the camp week. (If the request is made after the Thursday prior to the start of the camp week but before the first day, a full refund, less a $20 cancellation fee, will be granted). Cavalier Battalion Airsoft - 3 weeks - Airsoft @ The Heights
Experience airsoft Heights style! Acres of woods, forts, and airsoft battles: a recipe for a one of a kind camp experience. Each day the boys will be engaged in a different themed airsoft battle/game, while learning team building and leadership skills. At the start of camp the boys will be divided into brigades, these will be their brothers in arms for the remainder of the week. The brigades first challenge will be to take and pass a gun safety course, where the boys will learn how to properly and safely handle an airsoft weapon. After that the fun begins. The boys will be building their own fortifications that they will be defending each day. Battles will include: elimination, capture the flag, lone survivor among others. Each brigade will also compete in airsoft challenge games which include marksmanship, quick draw, target discernment, just to name a few. Throughout the week the boys will likewise learn about some of the greatest battles and military heroes of our time. Cost includes 5,000 rounds of ammunition.
