Guard Basics - Next Level Gym
Guard Basics is the first of 3 programs under the Guard Development Series. Designed to help athletes develop the skills needed for a guard to be successful, both mentally and physically. Guard Basics will focus on Guard role and responsibilities, ball handling, passing, change of direction, bait and pass, shooting, etc. Each player will understand spacing, handling pressure and attacking the rim.
