Full Day 9:30am – 4:30pm The parents and campers have spoken! 2015 was packed full of some amazing experiments and helped to build phenomenal memories. Did your camper miss out on an incredible camp? Maybe you were on vacation and couldnt attend? Maybe your camper just had SO much fun theyre begging to have one last hurrah (hopefully this is the reason)! Well, weve taken the most popular experiments from all of our 2015 Camps and combined them into one final camp. 1st (of 6) Kid's Ballet Themed Camps ages 4-6yrs, Tues & Thurs 2-4pm,
We have 6 Camps $44 per week ($24 Single Day Drop-In) Only 2 weeks (on Tues & Thurs) out of each Summer month. 1st Camp, June - Tues 21st & Thurs 23rd 2nd Camp, June - Tues 28th & Thurs 30th 3rd Camp, July - Tues 19th & Thurs 21st 4th Camnp, July - Tues 26th & Thurs 28th 5th Camp, Aug - Tues 9th & Thurs 11th 6th Camp, Aug - Tues 16th & Thurs 18th Dress Code will be more relaxed but still able to move and dance in, preferably leotard and tights and Ballet shoes with hair out of face...and no clothing with glitter ;) We also ask that Parents drop kids off and pick back up, NO Peeking or Sitting and watching until we present our Showcases on the Thursdays 3:55pm :) We will hold the Camps if we have a minimum of 2 dancers but will cap each day at 10 dancers. Teen Plein Air: Art In Motion Camps #1 & 2 - Bow, WA
Choose from Camp #1 July 11th-15th or Camp #2 July 18th-July 22nd. Class Cost per week $87.50. Camp #1: 3:00pm-5:00pm -- Plein Air (**Students encouraged to participate in Part I & II) "Examining our surroundings in detail, seeing beauty not only in the spectacular but also in the smallest growing things" (Lowenfeld) . In addition to work in our cozy studio, small Plein-Air outings will be held at 2 locations during this one week workshop. Students will learn how to connect with their surroundings. Students develop their observation skills and increase their knowledge about the world around them. Parents expected to drive students to the Plein-Air location specified prior to class. Camp #2: 3:00pm-5:00pm -- Plein Air II: Art In Motion This is a stand alone class of can be the second step to week 1. This week will focus on gesture drawing, composition, and how to record what you see when it’s moving. There will be a short lesson with a slide show of Degas and after some skills in the studio are absorbed we will visit the dance studio and draw the dancers in motion! 180 Snow Camp 2016 - Trenton, NJ
The cost of this year's Snow Camp is $90. New visitors who are not already attending a church youth group can attend for free! Please sign up in our lower foyer or have your friend who attends FBC or FCS sign you up. Just be sure to give them your adult t-shirt size. Drifters of the Deep (session 1) - California State University, Monterey Bay
Do you know what microscopic forms of life exist in one drop of seawater? You wont believe your eyes! Encounter bizarre larval creatures from sea stars to crabs to jellies! Discover the world of drifting plankton that plays a vital role in sustaining life in our fragile ocean ecosystem. Youll explore below the surface of Monterey Bay with mask and snorkel. Day Camp 4 ~ Ages 8-14 - Cortland Bible Camp
Enjoy your days at camp and your nights in your own bed! New this year we are offering our Junior Campers the option of coming as Day Campers. You will be assigned a cabin and team for the week, sign up for three achievements like archery, music, fishing, drama and more (15+ to choose from). Volleyball - Session 1 - Notre Dame Preparatory School and Marist Academy
Where: NDP GAC About: NDP volleyball camps are designed to provide girls an opportunity to improve their individual skills in an atmosphere that is challenging, intense and fun. Our experienced staff, including current NDP coaches and players, encourages all campers to work hard, learn new skills and make new friends. Fundamentals and team concepts will be stressed. Campers should arrive 15 minutes early on the first day to check in. These camps often sell out, so please sign up early. Afternoon Only (1:00 - 4:00 pm) Behind the Curtains of The Sky is Falling- The art of Stage Craft will take over the next week on Second St. This week we will be working closely with the cast of The Sky is Falling to prepare their costumes and set for the show on July 22 and 23.
