Children with intellectual and developmental disabilities enjoy summer camps as well as anyone else does. My 10 year old son is intellectually delayed. He looks forward to this camp every summer. In fact, he keeps asking us how many days until camp? He likes to swim, make crafts, sing and learn new skills at summer camp.
