This session includes: speed/ agility, field session, functional training, small sided games, 11 vs 11, indoor session. Campers should sign-in at 8:00 am on the field. Campers should bring their own lunch, or money for lunch. Campers should bring a ball, shin guards, cleats/indoor shoes (tennis shoes), and a water bottle. Rutgers 2016 Design Intensive Website: This program seeks to develop the graphic design skills of motivated high school artists. Created and supervised by Mason Gross faculty, the curriculum focuses on core principles of design while introducing relevant software. Participants will become familiar with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign while exploring visual problems and producing work suitable for a college admissions portfolio. The Design Intensive includes studio work, technical demonstrations, group critiques, and a field trip to New York City to visit working design studios. Primary emphasis is placed on building visual awareness, and on making software serve the designers vision. Do you dream of being Taylor Swift, Selena Gomez or Katy Perry? Come learn the art of rock and pop. We will sing your favorite pop songs, and will even write some songs of our own. Students will be taught to play a few basic chords on guitar and piano. Our instructor Zoe Ann has her own band, toured on concert, and albums of her own. She will be sure to mix great instruction with a lot of fun! A final rock video will be produced as well as a live concert for family and friends with the other Rock classes. 817-421-2825
