How Is Medication Handled On Site?
Summer camps employ qualified nurses and med-certified staff to ensure that all medication, controlled or over-the-counter, is properly handled. There are also a number of CPR- and First Aid- trained staff members who can assist in medical situations. All of the program’s employees are given a basic training on first aid as well as on the importance of identifying and dealing with allergies and asthma. These staff members are also given information about common mental health conditions like depression and ADHD/ADD.

Shockwave Fitness and Performance Sports Camps offer the perfect combination of expert training and FUN! Every parent wants greatness for their child/teen and our camps are designed to do just that! Our multi-sport camps are designed to improve every aspect of athletic development and sports performance, taking your young athlete from GOOD to GREAT. Camps are structured as followed; (age group appropriate) athletic development & conditioning untilizing calisthenics, medicine balls, bands, plyometrics, kettle bells, battle ropes, barbells, etc and multi-directional speed; dynamic running and technique, linear and lateral acceleration and deceleration, lateral shuffle, change of direction, cross over, retreatng skills, cutting, mistake recovery, and lots more. Youth Softball & Baseball Fundamentals Camp by Josh Newman - South Web
Instructor : Josh Newman currently the Assistant Baseball Coach for Marshall University and formerly with the Colorado Rockies and the KC Royals. This camp is open to all boys and girls, ages 7-12 in all school districts. Josh will be covering the fundamentals of the game for softball and baseball. Advance Registration and payment must be received no later than June 6th to guarantee a spot at camp and a tshirt. *Early Registration is $35 per athlete and must be received by June 1st and includes lunch and a tshirt. *after June 1st Group registration of 10 or more players for $45 per player and $40 for siblings. Each group of 10 will receive the 11th player free. We request that your 11th player be need based. Individual Registration fees are $50 for the first child and $40 for each additional child in the same family. Please make checks payable to South Webster Little League. Boys and girls will have a ton of fun in our Kid-on-the-Go Sewing Camp! They will learn to sew several fun items to carry all their necessities when they are out-and-about this Spring Break! Cost is $175, all materials included. Ages 8 & up. We have sewing machines and tools, but students are welcome to bring their own. Class takes place Tuesday-Friday, March 13-18 from 1-3 p.m. Projects: Drawstring backpack, zipper pouch, pocket wallet/change purse, and a sunglass case or tissue pack cover.
