Amazing Experience!
I sent my two kids (9 and 13) to Alton Jones for the first time last summer, they absolutely loved it. My 9 year old did Earth Camp, he loved tree-climbing and kayaking the most! My 13 year old did Teen X Adventure and also loved climbing (she did rock climbing!) and the water park.
I was concerned about the cabins, since most camps have a busy basic set up, but these were great, I wish I had cabins like this when I was a kid!

It's water slide time students! We have the associational camp water slide rented out for 2 hours. So invite a friend and come ready to have a blast! Vans will be running, but I need you all to sign up this upcoming Sunday and Wednesday.
Dolton Bears Youth Football Camp - Dolton, IL
Strength and Conditioning, Expert Training from some of the leagues finest coaches, All Teams are welcomed. Football season is just around the corner. For all levels ages 6-14. For those that have never played the game by are interested in playing this fall, camp is a great way to get you prepared for the fall season. Camp is every Saturday starting June 11 from 9am till Noon for six weeks. If you have not registered you can still attend camp. Camp is free of charge. If you need to register for the fall season you can register in the football office. 721, Engle St. Make sure you post this on your wall and also invite those in your friends list. It's important we reach out to as many parents as possible. Give our kids something to do over the summer and heading into the fall.
Rustler Ranch Teen Camp - Pierpont, OH
Teen Camp at Rustler Ranch 6th-12th Grade July 13-15 9:30am - 2:00pm $35.00 per teen per day OR $100 for 3 days!! Come out and enjoy the fun at Rustler Ranch! Your teen will learn safety around horses, grooming, daily care of horses, saddling, horse language, how to work with a horse on the ground, riding skills, maneuvering obstacles, and much more. They will then put these skills learned into practice by caring for their assigned horse daily while at camp. Each teen will receive one on one time with their assigned horse and instructor. They will learn through class time and hands on time. Each teen will be evaluated and taught to their current level of riding, beginners to advanced will learn new skills to aid each of them.  We ask that each teen wear long pants and shoes with a heal for riding. We also ask that each teen bring along with them a packed lunch each day; fridge and microwave available. Kids will work with our expert staff and experience an array of foods from around the world through hands-on learning. Recommended ages: 4-10. Each class must be registered for separately. Pre-payment required. $10 per child, per class. All proceeds go to the Whole Kids Foundation. Registration and payment can be made at the Customer Service Desk or by calling (919) 968-1983. Repurposed Junk and Upcycled Funk - Ned Smith Center for Nature & Art
This camp is overflowing with creative uses for everyday objects. We will make instruments, art, and gadgets from seemingly useless items. Straws arent just for drinking, balloons arent just for parties, and old cardboard has more uses than you can imagine. We will be thinking outside the box and learning some fun science along the way in this trash to treasure adventure. Date: Thursday, August 4th 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Ages: 8 - 14 Instructors: Santino Lauricella, Beth Sanders Fee: $40.00/student 717-692-3699
Junior Soccer Shots Girls/Boys - Sanford Day Camp
Soccer camp will be held under the directions of Soccer Shots™, a leader in youth soccer development in the DE and PA area under the direction of C.C. Colasante. CC was an all-state player for Salesianum, All-American while playing at LaSalle, and also played professionally for the Philadelphia Kixx. Players will be taught the fundamentals of shooting and passing. Mornings will consist of skill sessions and afternoons will be occupied with competitive games and scrimmages. Teamwork around the net will be emphasized. ------------- LOCATION: Sanford School. Please drop your child off at the Sports Center at 8:45 a.m. Pick up will be in the same location at 11:45 a.m. unless your child is registered for day camp (1/2 day) in which case they will be escorted to lunch and then to day camp for the afternoon. ------------ RAINY DAYS: Please wear sneakers. Camp held indoors ------------ WHAT TO BRING: Light-weight, loose fitting shirts, shorts, socks and sneakers or soccer shoes. Water Bottle Bathing suit and towel for free swim in the afternoon. Check out a one-of-a-kind indoor game that involves the fast pace of real hockey but on a solid surface. During this camp, participants will learn the offensive and defensive fundamentals and mechanics of floor hockey. This camp will include stick handling, passing, shooting and goalie techniques as well as team drills. Participants will also develop endurance, coordination and speed through fast and fun floor hockey games played each day of camp. Each participant should bring a water bottle. Computer animation 2D: Using open source and freely available software, campers will learn to create 2D environments, animate their drawings and add color and sound. These are similar to the techniques used in creating professional animated films and video games.
