Do the kids need a place to burn some energy and learn useful physical skills over the holiday break? In our Boxing camps your children will learn fundamental boxing and self-defense techniques in a safe and supportive environment. No experience necessary. You can bring your own gloves or we have gloves for sale. To accomodate your holiday plans we are offering 3 separate camps. Each camp will be Monday through Wednesday from noon to 2pm and is only $40 for the week. Bill Waris Blue Jays Spring Basketball Camp - Saint Thomas More
The Bill Waris Blue Jays Basketball Club will be hosting a Spring Basketball Camp at Saint Thomas More Grade School on April 2nd and 3rd for grades 3rd through 8th grade. The camp will held for grades 3rd-5th on Saturday from 9am-11am and Sunday from 12pm-2pm. Grades 6th-8th grade will be held on Saturday from 11am-1pm and Sunday from 2pm-4pm. CJ and Nick Naudet 4 year Varsity Basketball Lettermen from Bishop OHara High School and Timothy Waris Jr. currently playing on the varsity basketball team from Rockhurst High School will be running the basketball camp and showing the young campers what they have learned over the years playing basketball at Bishop OHara and Rockhurst High School. Campers will splash their way through a week of awesome aquatic activities with a variety of water adventures in some of the most elaborate aquatic facilities that Northeast Ohio has to offer. Under the watchful eyes of John Pintola and Jeff Eason (certified lifeguards), your child will enjoy water slides, lazy rivers, diving boards, zip lines, paddle boats, kayaking and more. Bring swimsuit, towel, sack lunch, water bottle and SUNSCREEN each day. Fee includes admission to all water parks. NOTE: This program begins one hour later and ends one hour later, so please adjust your transportation arrangements accordingly. We are focused on helping campers and their parents to become aware of a unique higher education institution called Florida College. Florida College centers its education around God and His Word, Alabama Camp centers its summer camp activities in the same way. We are not a church camp, but rather a group of Florida College alumni and friends who are eager to provide an environment of summer fun, while remembering who we are as Gods creation. Because of this, we have certain expectations of both our staff and our campers. Please be sure to read these expectations and explain them to your camper if needed.
