The focus for the young ones is fun and exciting games to build confidence and teach the fundamentals of soccer. Players cover ball familiarization, small group dynamics, coordination skills and social interaction, all with maximum participation in a fun oriented environment. The program lasts 3 hours a day for 5 days. Each child receives a t-shirt and certificate at the end of the week! This camp is open to any and all high school aged boys interested in continuing their soccer careers in college. It is designed for advanced player development and will give each player an opportunity to showcase their talents to the University of Redlands coaching staff. The coaching staff, led by Head Coach Ralph Perez, creates an environment of competition, self-confidence, motivation, and enjoyment. Each player will be challenged with a demanding training schedule using collegiate level training on first-class training facilities. Attending the University of Redlands High School ID Camp is one of the best avenues of exposure to college soccer. Past trips have included a Wrigley Field tour, downtown Chicago, museums, water parks, laser tag, Gameworks, IMAX, bowling, zoo, athletic events and more. Transportation and all admission fees to destinations included. One day a week will be spent at the park district participating in fun games, activities and guest speakers. Refunds will not be given once camp has started due to numerous field trip deposits that have to be made. Bring a sack lunch and drink every day. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Every camper will receive a camp shirt.
