Kid's Campout with the Prickly Pear Living History Museum - San Antoni
Do you want to help your kids build a connection to nature, but aren’t sure how? Do you struggle to get them away from screens? On March 19th and 20th Government Canyon State Natural Area and the Prickly Pear Living History Museum will be co-hosting a camping event for kids ages 10-16 and their parents. No screens allowed, but no one will be bored. Instead, we’ll talk about how local Native Americans survived and thrived in the same places we now call our home. For hands-on learning we’ll have reproduction tools, weapons, and natural resources for everyone to explore. Along the way, kids discover how to be hike leaders and why it’s important to be good caretakers of the land. We’ll provide most of the equipment. Maximum of two kids and two adults per group, so that more kids can enjoy the experience. Space is limited to 12 people. RESERVATIONS REQUIRED! Our last event filled up fast. Kid's Circus Camp June 2016 - Beloit, WI
Pure Gravity Fitness's Annual Kid's Circus Camp!! For kids ages 6-12. We'll be exploring movement and the many aspects of circus performance. This will include learning tricks on aerial apparatuses, tumbling, balance, hula hoop and juggling, costuming and circus history. This camp is designed for kids to discover movement, foster creativity, and most importantly have FUN!! It is a three-day camp running the last week in June, Monday Wednesday and Friday from 9am to Noon. Cost is $85 for all three days and includes all activities and a snack! We will also be hosting a camp the second week of August!!

Mission Teen WorkCamp - Scranton, PA
Help work to repair or modify the homes of families in need with other high school students from different denominations, states across the country and walks of life. Any students who are currently in 8-12th grade may participate. Dates: The Work Camp runs June 28-July 4, 2015 Payment Schedule: There is a 50.00 deposit due at registration, then 208.50 due by March 15 and then another 208.20 by May 15. Kid's Summer Clay Camp - San Pedro, CA
CLAY CAMP - 3 days Monday, June 20th, Tuesday June 21st and Monday June 27th, 2016 8:30am - 12:30pm at Seaside Studios San Pedro Projects will include making fairy/troll habitats for the garden! The first 2 days in camp we will be forming our projects utilizing basic hand building techniques such as coil, slab and pinch pot techniques. The 3rd day (Monday of the following week) will be for glazing the piece with the goal of having a finished fired piece by end of the mixed arts camp July 1st. Kid's clay camp is recommended for kids between the ages of 7 and 13 years of age. Clay camp is $85 per child per session. It is highly recomended to do both clay and mixed arts camps if possible as they tie in nicely together. Saltwater Fishing WK5 PM - Eckerd College
There are multiple ways to enjoy saltwater fishing and children in this beginning level class will be introduced to many of them. Participants will fish from powerboats as well as from local fishing piers and seawalls. They will be taught how to identify different types of fish, how and where to catch them, and what types of bait and tackle to use.
