The Moose is a classic northeast creek. Big drops with multiple options for cool new lines. Intermediate and advanced boaters are welcome! Boat demos will be available from Mountainman Outdoor Supply Company, and paddles will be available for demo from Werner Paddles. Friday: Evening: Arrive at Fowlersville put-in and set up camp. Drinks and food around a campfire Saturday: Morning first timers run. Creeking clinics will be available. Potentially detour to another local run Sunset lap BBQ Sunday: Creeking clinics will be available. In August, the University Club of Saint Paul invites their club's younger demographic on a very popular camping trip to Stout's Island Lodge. With their sleeping bags, tents, fishing poles, and bug spray, the kids and their chaperones head off for a three-day camping trip on the private rustic island... an excellent way to wrap up the summer! This exciting class teaches students how to build and program LEGO Mindstroms NXT Robots. Students will use their new skills to meet such challenges as maneuvering an obstacle course, pushing water bottles out of a ring and beating their opponents at the Sumo robots competition.
