What Are the Activities like at Summer Camp?
The whole point of summer programs is to keep youth busy. Thus, most kids wake up and have breakfast by 8am. Traditional activities include arts and crafts, sports, swimming and boating. There are groups that offer specialized or advanced activities like archery, horseback riding, and sailing. An activity like horseback riding may have an additional cost or require that youth come to camp with special equipment and clothing.
Specialty camps have specific classes or activities linked to their mission. For example, academic programs will include classes, religious camps will have Bible study, and leadership-focused programs may have public speaking sessions....

Force & Motion-Students design and build educational models including motorized machines, develop problem solving and critical thinking skills through creativity, and how they apply math & science to real world situations while exploring architecture and engineering concepts. These Junior Golf Camps are the perfect introduction for the youngster who has an interest in learning the game of golf. Kiddie Cat T-Ball 2015-16 (K3, K4, & K) - St. Lukes Japonica Campus
Games played on Sunday afternoon. This is a six (6) week session. Time depends on number of teams - 1st group at 2:00, 2nd group if needed, at 3:15. Boys will receive a t-shirt and ball cap, girls will receive a t-shirt and visor. Players may wear shorts or baseball pants per coach decision, and regular tennis shoes will be fine. Players should provide their own bat and glove - YDL provides helmet to use, but you may provide your own if you so choose.
