This will be a 4 week event. Workouts will last for 1 hour and they will be full body workouts. Everyone will need their own yoga mat, jump rope, 2 3-8 lbs weights, water, and towel. All fitness levels are welcome you will never be judged only motivated to push yourself. Bring a positive attitude and a smile. Invite your friends and let's make this a amazing event plus we all know if you bring someone with you then you are 90% more than likely to complete the fitness camp. Get ready to have a great workout. !!

Fimbulwinter might be kept at bay if we show how much we enjoy each others' company while we play and make merry all through the wintery day and into the night! Classes for period games will be taught throughout the day, and yes, we are looking for folks to teach their favorite period dice, bone, board, card, chance,and other games! The Cuil Cholium Game Library will be present, with multiple boards for Nine, Six, and Three Man Morris, Checkers, Chess, Mancala,etc as well as binders with rules and instructions for all these games and more.

This camp offers many, many choices. It will be a collection of lots of beads of all colors and lots of charms to choose from. What fun adding art with beading. We will also work with watercolor and teach art through design keeping with our theme for the week. We provide the snacks and drinks, so no need to bring anything. Looking forward to this fun camp. An apple a day keeps the doctor away? but how do you keep an entire community healthy and safe from terrorist attacks, deadly disease outbreaks, unsafe food and water, rabies, rats and other public health threats? Find out during Camp Public Health at Columbus Public Health. Campers will learn what it takes to protect community health in the 15th largest city in the country through hands-on activities with public health professionals including nurses, sanitarians, epidemiologists and doctors. They?ll also gain insight into active living features such as Art Walks, stream sampling, healthy foods and community gardens, as well as the use of Facebook, Twitter and YouTube to promote public health. Flexible drop off time between 7:15-9 am. Flexible pick up time between 4-6 pm. Breakfast and lunch provided.
