Grades 1-3 This is the camp for your child if they have little or no experience playing lacrosse. Campers enjoy a fun week of skill-building activities designed to improve stick handling, cradling, passing, shooting and defensive skills. All programs are co-ed, non-contact and skill-based. Join us for the MAS Youth Camp over Labor Day Weekend 2016. Campers will participate in hikes and sports, nightly bonfires, and listen to uplifting speakers. Our kid's summer sew camp includes three fun-filled days of crafting and project making while learning a valuable skill! Sew camp is ideal for children ages 7 and up who haven’t sewn before or are still beginning, or those who want to learn more. Each day will bring a new project! We will be running two camps for three consecutive days frp, 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Camp will include a snack (children with special dietary restrictions or preferences are encouraged to bring their own) and all materials. As well as working on social skills, public speaking, and accountability. A good time is always had by all. So bring a tent (if you don't have one let us know), warm blankets, a pillow, and warm clothes, and join in on the experience.

Afternoon: Robots on the Rampage Join us on an adventure that requires creative thought, time management and team communication as groups build a diverse range of off-road vehicles that battle other robots, race against the clock and play tug of war! This class will discuss drive and follower gears and the various ranges of gear ratios. Can a fast vehicle out perform a robot with lots of power? Here is your chance to learn which gear ratios are associated with speed or torque. Chaos and Havoc rule the day in this ruckus of Robots on the Rampage. Note: Even though between some weekly sessions there might appear the same program names, in our actual education program, we will have different depth of technology and engineering principles to be applied by our children under our inspirational guidance... This summer math camp is intended to prepare students for participation in math competitions at the elementary level. The competitions included in this mathlete preparation include Math Olympiad, Noetic Math Competition, and regional math competitions. Students will utilize questions from previous competitions and other preparatory materials, individually and in groups, to prepare for individual and team competition environments as well as speed round competitions. Session will consist of agility, stick skills, offensive and defensive strategy and teamwork drills. Campers will participate in position specific drills as well as scrimmages and other competitions.
