Adventurous middle school students will love this camp. Were hosting a 6-day, 5-night adventure camp that includes 2 days of whitewater rafting, spelunking in lava tubes, hiking to mountaintop vistas, biking through the valley, and learning watershed science. Well be based in the White Salmon River Valley in Trout Lake, Washington. Students should expect to make new friends, learn new ways of traveling in the outdoors, and come home excited about exploring the Columbia River Gorge and the Cascade Mountains. What Staff Members Are On Site?
There are a number of trained staff on site. They undergo staff training to better understand the mission, policies, and schedule of the program. Different camps have different ratios. The smaller the ratio, the more individualized attention a camper will receive. For example, a 1:3 ratio means that there is one staff member per three campers.

Come join us for a chili Lunch. We will be serving chili, potatoe soup and cinnamon rolls. Lunch will be a free will donation. This is a great chance to meet some of our campers and staff. Come out and get a warm meal while supporting a great cause!
Berrien County Riders 2016 Annual MDA Summer Camp Run - Saint Joseph,
10 am sign up at the mark. $20.00 driver $10.00 rider. Ride leaves at noon on a scenic route to the Dowagiac Moose and then back to playland hall on Nickerson Ave. Lunch and dinner supplied. Cash bar. Door prizes and silent auction. We want to make this one of the largest events we have done for MDA and send as many kids to camp as we can at no charge to them. If you can make the ride please think about just donating to the cause. Thank You.
Summer Camp - Cloverdale, OR
All Pack Event. Enjoy the wonderful Oregon Coast while working on your rank advancement and our Summertime Pack Award. Exact timing is TBD, but the dates are reserved. I have reserved 30 scout and 10 adults slots. We have time to adjust, but the sooner we get this nailed down the better. I will have a sign up sheet for the next Pack/Den Meeting next Thursday for all those interested in going. There is a fee for this $243/Scout and $115/Adult. We do get a free adult admission for every 6 Scouts that go. At the next Committee Meeting we will discuss how we want to ration that out, either by need, or reduce everyone's cost equally, etc.

Teen North African Music, Dance and Culture Camp - Nampa, ID
Travel to Northern Africa and the Middle-East, without the motion sickness or expensive flight. Learn about the music, dance and culture of the area of the world where Africa meets the Orient. It's a whole new world of music and dance! If you only have a Western Music Education, you are missing out on over three fourths of the world's music! Students will attend from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm on Tuesday and Thursday, August 4th and 6th. Besides learning dance moves, students will make percussive instruments and learn to play several N. African Rhythms. Students will learn about the music and culture of this area of the world through music, dance, video, food and art. On Saturday, August 8th, students will have the opportunity to join 1 World Dance in a performance!

Olathe Parks & Recreation has teamed up to host the week long British Soccer Camp during the week of May 31-June 3 at Black Bob Park, June 27-30 at Prairie Center Park and then again July 25-29 at Black Bob Park. Instructor: Hawley Session 5: Explore the Great Outdoors III. Camp Collegiate is a fast-paced, fun-based learning experience that is meant to make summer days fly by with fun activities. Boys and girls in third through eighth grade spend their days with friends and counselors doing all of the typical camp things: swimming, cooking out on a camp fire, canoe trips, arts and crafts, having treats, horseback riding, games … and a lot of not-so-traditional things: feeding and caring for snakes and hamsters; studying ecosystems and astronomy; competing in science challenges; building woodworking and electronics projects. Fun off-campus trips will include canoeing down the Fall River, visiting the Oklahoma salt flats, going to Laser Quest, the Alley, Ice Skating, Tanganyika, the Sedgwick Co. Zoo, and All-Star Adventures. Kids often say that great memories are made in this camp and its one of the best parts of their summer!
