Kuna Youth Running Camp 2016 - Kuna, ID
This camp was a blast last year and this year will be even better! I will be using it as my senior project this year. It is June 27-29th from 6-9pm at Kuna High School track. "I love that 100% of the camp fee will go to the Kuna Cross Country Team!" -Nancy Simper "I loved it! we had so much fun! It was sad when it was done! Can you please sign me up for it again?" -Ella Richards (camper) "My children absolutely loved the running camp. They learned great skills and got a good workout, but they definitely had fun doing it!" -Emily Richards Campers can expect a whole lot of fun at this camp as they participate in exciting running games, obstacle courses, relays and endurance building activities. These activities are all meant to challenge and instill confidence in our young athletes. Campers of all abilities are encouraged to join. No experience is necessary. Spring Offerings- Environmental Engineering - International Charter School
Students will experience an immersion into the multidisciplinary process of engineering by studying the areas of electrical, structural, mechanical, and construction by participating in this class. Students will learn how renewable energy sources (wind, biomass, geothermal, water, and solar) are leveraged in the engineering field to make our world more eco-friendly. Join us to watch your youth transform into mini-engineers as they try to solve the worlds greatest energy problems. This class is perfect for students who enjoy tinkering with self-designed projects or who are aspiring champions for environmental causes. 404-525-5561

Teachers will focus on strengthening the students technique and improving technical skill. Once students are equipped with the appropriate skills, they will feel confident in transforming their ideas and personal style into tangible art pieces. Class Objective: Students will be provided tools to transform their concept sketches into fully fleshed out artistic creations. In this class students will be making both dip candles and mold candles, stirring the hot pot of melting material… just like magicians. Summer Camp Juniper Jedis - Skyliner Lodge
Wildheart Juniper Jedis know how to tap into the invisible web of interconnectedness and travel through the woods without being noticed. Students will learn the art of silently stalking animals and people. In addition, they will practice listening closely to the Earth Force. Camouflage is essential for all Juniper Jedis and we will spend a good deal of our time practicing this skill of becoming invisible. Each participant will leave the camp with a complete camouflage kit, which will enable them to quickly blend in to their surroundings, no matter what the situation. Additionally, students will develop their ability to understand the language of the birds, giving them a birds-eye-view of their surroundings and informing them what their prey is up to, as well as any nearby predators. All of this and well still have time to play and enjoy ourselves as every Juniper Jedi knows how to have a good time!
