Free Teen Class at Nyack Boot Camp - Nyack, NY
Get your teenager off the Xbox and and into our gym for a free workout! It is a great chance to check us out with this free workout. Our workouts are never boring, always changing and challenging and most of all fun. This full-body, full range of motion training is perfect for teens who want to get fit. It is also for teen athletes who want to up their game in their favorite sport. Our workouts will create a balanced all over strength and functional fitness. Great for both boys and girls. Bozeman Aerial Fitness presents Kids Circus Camp! Circus Camp participants will work through aerial exercises that build strength, muscle awareness and balance.We create noncompetitive environment that teaches confidence and the joy of fitness through aerial arts. We provide a safe and structured introduction to aerial equipment including the aerial hoop, aerial silks,and the aerial hammock and basic tumbling. Victory Park Camp Group A 1st week Jun 13 - Jun 17 - City of Pasadena
This activity may not be registered for individually because it is part of a package.Join one of Pasadenas most popular summer camps! Victory Parks Camp has earned its longstanding reputation as a high-quality, fun, affordable, enriching program. Each day begins with a morning pep rally that sets the stage for an action-packed day. Activities include outdoor play, dance, arts and crafts, including painting, sculpting, lanyard making and chalk drawings, fitness activities and enrichment. Enrichment classes include health, hygiene and first aid instruction, cooking classes, computer and robotics play and specialized sports instruction in tennis and golf. Campers spend at least two hours daily doing physical fitness in the form of choreographed dance, group games, fitness competitions, team sports and supervised free play. Campers are escorted across the park to Pasadena High School?s swimming pool for recreational swim two times per week. Camp counselors go into the water with the campers and well-trained, certified lifeguards are always present. Before entering the pool, campers receive a water safety lesson. Whether youve just started learning an instrument or have been playing for years, playing steel pan is fun for everyone! We invite all instrumentalists to come learn to play pan - from percussionists to tuba players, violinists to bassoonists! If youre looking for a new, fun way to play music, youll love learning about this Caribbean instrument from Trinidad and Tobago. Youll have a chance to try out all of the instruments - from the high lead pan all the way down to the deep, low tones of the bass pans. Youll work with your instructor to learn basics of playing steel pan and play in several ensembles with everyone at the camp.
